Another one I feel bad about not writing about shortly after going.

Good food guide country restaurant of the year. Well deserved....but.....

I dunno, I think it's just not my style. A lot of it is about the freshest, localist, most organicist ingredients. In fact, there's no menu, simply a list of ingredients which you can say yay or nay to and they structure a meal around that. It's an ambitious idea, and they do it very successfully, it's just not really my deal.

That being said, the final dessert (a mandarin sorbet with coconut fat and miniature pinecones) is close to my favourite dish this year/
