AHA!!! I DID IT!

The eighth podcast is up and running. I fulfilled my part of the bargain and got it done and online before the new year.

Yay me.

In order to stop this line of self-congratulation, I still have much to do to the site which I hope will happen soon. A few new reviews, photos, wines etc. It'll happen, eventually.

  It's taken me a while between rebuilding servers but there are a bunch more recipes and reviews up now - check out:

and reviews: Philhellene and Cookie More coming soon... and Lachie's promised the next podcast will be up by New Year's Day - we recorded last night, so he's got no excuses now!

Podcast Number 7

Just uploaded our seventh podcast.
In theory this one had a Christmas-y theme to it, but in reality we only discuss Christmas food in passing. Instead we chat about several restaurants we've been to recently including one an awfully long way from Melbourne, but worth investigating if you're ever in that neck of the woods.

I also promise to have the next podcast up before the New Year. This of course is dependant on us recording another one before the New Year but I think we'll manage.

Finally I'd like to apologise for my blatant overuse of the word: "good". I need to expand my word-list, it's something I'll work on in the coming weeks.

  The recipes from the podcast and a review of Seagrass are up - the review is rather brief (as it's been a while since we were actually there!) but there are quite a few photos, so it's worth a look here. The recipes are:

Salmon roe, truffle and prawn linguine
Eye fillet with Dijon mustard glaze and Thai spiced pumpkin
