Podcast #5, new recipes and reviews.
Tue 18th Nov, 2008 - by Lachie

So even though I'm at a conference interstate I've still managed to put together the weekends podcast. I'm just that good.
Check it out here.
Mentioned in the podcast and since added to the site is a review of La Luna Bistro, and a a Karen Martini desert.
Hope you enjoy our latest offering, and let us know if there's anything else you think we should do on the forums.

Shoya review hits the top 5
Sun 16th Nov, 2008 - by Dave
I've finished the review of Shoya - Melbourne's answer to Iron Chef - check it out here. Actually, we were so impressed with the quality of the food, that I've had to re-shuffle our top 5 fine dining choices to fit it in. Well worth a visit! Podcast number 5 has more details, and will be up soon (Lachie's mixing it at the moment).

Turducken Podcast is Up.
Fri 7th Nov, 2008 - by Lachie
Finally got around to editing. The quality of the recording is not the best, especially in the 2nd half where we have our extra special American guests. I blame the technology and the half a dozen bottles of wine consumed.
Anyway, check it out.
Enjoy.

Matsumoto Review
Thu 6th Nov, 2008 - by Lachie

This week we visited a local Japanese place that has become the replacement for fish and chips as far as Sarah is concerned. Well worth a look if you're into unpretentious Japanese food.

Check out the review .

I'm still working on last weekend's podcast, I hope to get it online soon.

Turducken Day
Wed 5th Nov, 2008 - by Lachie

In order to keep this site up to date, I've decided to let you know where the current installment of the Gourmet Husbands Podcast is. We had some technical issues with recording our escapades on Turducken day, first a laptop dying, then setting up an area mic to try and record some of our special American guests. As such, editing is taking a little longer than usual, I hope to have it online as soon as possible though.

In the mean time, here are some photos of the star attractions.
